Local Paisley based business are are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the operation of the Day Hub in the new FYF Charity Hub in St James House. Key duties include:

• setting up meeting rooms for bookings
• welcoming customers into the hub for bookings
• making sure hub customers have what they need
• replenishing tea and coffee
• serving lunches
• clearing rooms at the end of the day
• topping up hand sanitiser, room misters, hand towels etc as required
• any other appropriate duties

Candidates must be register with Invest in Renfrewshire to check eligibility set for funded post, aged 16 - 24 living In Renfrewshire and not in employment.

No previous experience or qualifications are required.

Applicants must have the following essential skills and :

• Communication skills – candidate must be friendly and helpful and able to communicate effectively with other staff and Hub customers;
• Teamworking skills – we work as a team and it is important the candidate is able to work collaboratively
• Organisational skills – the candidate must be organised and able to prioritise work as directed.
• Commitment – the candidate must be reliable and trustworthy. We need someone who will be there when they are needed.

Hours per week 40

Hourly rate of pay £8.91

Working pattern – 5 days over 7

Training:

Full on-the-job training will be provided by the Hub Manager who will also be there for support and help during the day
